Charles Lear originally started working for his late father in the well known family firm of Lear & Lear, whilst still at Cheltenham College. He became a partner in the late 1970s, helping to create a market leading independent company and has successfully used this knowledge to enhance the well established and respected name of ‘Lear’ within the property sector.
