A Cheltenham boy through and through – Tom was born in Cheltenham and schooled at St. Edward’s, before studying Economics at Bristol Business School. Tom began his career in a local Cheltenham estate agency whilst still at university, and quickly took over the running of the sales department.
Joining the growing team at Charles Lear & Co. in April 2012, Tom’s meticulous attention to detail, initiative and direct approach has further established his reputation with developers, investors and third sector organisations culminating in various off-market and off-plan sales and acquisitions of property portfolios and land for development.
Tom became a Director and Co-Owner of Charles Lear & Co. in May 2014.
